This is insane, I’m returning clothes that are now 2 (sometimes 3) sizes smaller than when I first started my journey 🔥🏆 go me!!!

I’ve lost 74cms in total - this may change again tomorrow as I’m going in for my review 😬. I have loved seeing my body change for the better and each non scale victory is incredible.

I’ve learnt not to binge eat, but fuel my body instead which has been so much easier than I thought. This isn’t a diet, it’s been a lifestyle change.

Wow, after starting this business many many years ago, I’m thinking of re-starting again 😬

I’ve sat here this evening and looked through the photos and was remembering all of the amazing times I had with Ashleigh as my side kick/delivery person.

Ashleigh is now 11, going on 18 and I know these years are going to fly by, she is always asking to sell things and asking how to make money, well maybe this could be her chance.

We’d start off with our famous walking balloons to start off with!
