🎶I’m so happy to share that I’ll be hosting my first monthly Sunday sound bath. The “Sunday Sacred Sound Reset” at Richmond Hall, Benfleet, on Sunday 30 November, 6:00–7:15pm.

🎶This soothing 75-minute group sound bath is designed to help you to rest, release, and realign.

🎶You’ll be guided through a gentle sound journey inviting your body and energy back into balance. No experience needed — just let the sounds take care of the rest.
