It has been a two wedding kind of weekend.. both totally different colour schemes and both equally beautiful.

Rich Autumn colours and the other, Coastal pastels.

Florists.. can you relate? 😂

These two roses were bought in the exact same wrap, from the same supplier, as the exact same variety and colour… yet, they are completely different!

One is more Bright Orange and the other is more yellow.

If you’re reading this and wondering why Florists can’t guarantee a colour scheme, this is a brilliant example. Flowers are a living, natural product so factors like light, temperature and maturity can affect how each individual bloom develops. We can request a certain colour for your wedding, but ultimately Nature will always have that final say! And honestly, that’s what I love about working with flowers. No two flowers are ever the same. We always have to factor in some extra stems for this reason alone - we might get your stem count for your wedding perfect.. but who’s to say we might have a slightly pink rose in with your beautiful white roses?

There is something incredibly special about saying farewell with flowers that have been lovingly grown at home.

We were honoured to decorate this coffin using blooms picked from a cherished garden, creating a deeply personal tribute that reflected a lifetime of memories, love and care.

Every stem cut from the garden held memories, making it a truly personal way to celebrate a life of a special woman who will be incredibly missed by so many people all over Bembridge.

It was a privilege to create this final farewell, and we’re grateful to have been trusted with something so personal 🤍
