Sessions are FREE to attend but booking is reccomended.

Join us once a month for a relaxing evening getting creative, expressing yourself and connecting with others.

Our monthly group is an opportunity to take some time out, explore your creativity, and express your thoughts, feelings and ideas around themes related to mental health and wellbeing.

These sessions are for you if:

- You need a wellbeing boost

- You are struggling with your mental health

- You want a space to reflect and express yourself

- You enjoy being creative

- You don't think you are creative but would like to try something new

- You'd like to meet other people from the local community

Each session there is a theme that we will all explore using the creative materials provided. These will normally include pens, pencils, pastels, and a range of collage materials. No art experience or skill is needed. It's all about expressing yourself, there's no right or wrong.

The sessions are run by trained facilitators who are there to support you.

The sessions are available to all adults 18+

Its a fantastic weekend of markets again!
TODAY there's No28's Cafe and artists alongside the vibrant Farmers Market which is going on outside in the Market Place.
We are serving freshly made coffee, homemade cakes, filled cobs, salad brunches.
We are open again on TOMORROW for the Young Traders Market with the special Young Traders Cafe inside No28 returning from last year.
There'll be shaded pavement seating outside on both days.
Plus you have a chance to catch up with our Belper Pop-up Art School exhibition. See you there!

Language Soiree TONIGHT: no need to book!
Hi Everyone
The next Language Soiree is TONIGHT Thurs 10 July 7pm - no need to book.
We sent a call-out for native speakers and learners of all ability for potential Ukrainian, Mandarin, Thai and (the elusive) Polish tables and are still looking! We have had enquiries for all of these, so do get in touch to let us know if you are interested in chatting in these languages and that you will come along on the night.
Generally, just come along - no need to book - there are always French, German, Italian and Spanish tables, but best to contact us if you are interested in any other language.
If you come and there's no-one wanting to speak your chosen language, you get your money back.
Half price entry for under 18s and FREE entry for native speakers of the language that they have come to speak!
