✨ 10/10 and a new moon! ✨

In numerology 10/10 is associated with completion, fresh starts, personal empowerment and stepping into a new chapter.

The number 1 represents independence, creation, leadership and new beginnings, while 0 is often associated with infinite potential, wholeness and the spiritual unknown.

Together, 10/10 symbolises the opportunity to close one chapter and consciously open another and on a new moon makes this time even more symbolic of a new cycle/chapter.

Whatever your doing today, take a moment to manifest ✨️

Where is our holistic market going to be held.....

We wanted somewhere that felt special the moment you arrived. Somewhere beautiful, welcoming and spacious.

And then we found Dalziel Park Hotel, Motherwell…

Beautiful surroundings and food
A peaceful setting with outdoor areas to sit
Lovely spaces for our holistic practitioners and exhibitors
Dedicated areas for talks, experiences and connection
A setting that feels a little bit special and luxurious

I had to scrape the car this morning..cold mornings right enough which got me thinking about our Christmas Market. Last year it was absolutely frozen everyone was toasting marshmallows and sitting round the fire 🙂

This years is the 23rd November so hopefully you can pop in. Hot drinks, marshmallows, fire pit intentions and a great selection of stalls plus readings.

This Sunday. End the week right! Carrie is amazing 👏

What if, for one hour, you didn’t have to do anything?

No catching up.

No being productive.

No looking after everyone else.

No trying to fix anything.

Just lying down somewhere comfortable, closing your eyes and allowing yourself to be looked after for a little while.

That’s actually one of my favourite things about Reiki.

You don’t have to arrive knowing what you need.

You don’t have to be “spiritual”.

You don’t have to know anything about Reiki.

You can simply turn up as you are.

And for that hour, you don’t have to do a thing. 🤍✨

I’m at Source in Bellshill this Sunday, 11th October, with both 1:1 Reiki and a small Group Reiki session.

The Group session is especially simple — no journalling, no activities, no expectations. Just get comfy and receive.

If you’ve never tried Reiki before, this is a lovely way to experience it.

And if you’ve tried it before… you probably already know how good it feels to have that hour where absolutely nothing is expected of you. ✨

💌 If you’d like to know more or book, send me a message. I’m happy to answer any questions — no pressure at all.

Apologies if I'm not getting back to you. I have been cut off my old network awaiting a new sim and I'm logged out of apps as they keep sending a verification text 🤣🙈

I will hopefully get back to normality today 🤞
