🌿 50th Birthday Celebrations 🌿

In July we hosted a 50th birthday celebration of a gorgeous couple inside and out from San Francisco 🇺🇸

We had to share some photos of their decor and set up as the couple put so much thought and care into their celebration with coordinating and Annette from providing the fabulous decor and managing the event.

Banquet style rustic tables adorned with florals and beautiful table wear throughout the marquee. Poseur tables across the patio and whiskey barrels covered in local cheeses and chutneys for the guests to graze on.

What a joy it was to welcome P McVey Building Systems to Ballyscullion Park to celebrate such the special milestone of 40 years in business! 🎉

It was a wonderful evening celebrating four decades of hard work, dedication and success for a truly outstanding local family-run business.

As a family-run business ourselves, we know how much goes into building something that stands the test of time. There’s something particularly special about seeing local families, businesses and communities supporting one another.

We were delighted to host the wonderful 40 year celebrations of a local family run business.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday night to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of P McVey Building Systems! 🎉

Reaching 40 years in business is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, and it was fantastic to mark the occasion with such an incredible evening. It gave us the opportunity to look back on four decades of growth, hard work, and achievements, while also celebrating the future.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the evening so memorable, and a special thank you to Thomas Niblock for doing a fantastic job as our host! 🎤✨

🌿 Ballyscullion Park from above 🌿

Most couples when they view the grounds are surprised by the size of the Walled Garden, it is very hard to get a concept of the size unless viewed from above or in person 📸

A 3-acre, 250 year-old red brick enclosed space, filled to the brim with mature trees, shrubs and flowers, it is the perfect space to enjoy your wedding day.

The canopy covered, beech hedge surrounded Strawberry Garden is our most beloved ceremony space, nestled in the heart of the Walled Garden 🍓 Seating up to 180, the ceremony and drinks reception location keeps you and your guests dry whatever the weather while still being very much "outside."

Another point of interest in the Walled Garden is the "wild garden," a large area where wild flowers and grasses are left to grow and support the resident birds, butterflies and bees. With paths mown through it leading to benches, a Japanese pagoda, a pergola covered in clematis and roses, there is no shortage of stunning photography backdrops, photographers love this area 🥰

Once inside our beautiful marquee for the evening reception, guests are delighted to realise that it is entirely glass fronted allowing them to enjoy views across the garden for the rest of the evening. A perfect space for weddings with lots of little ones, enclosed and gated, families can truly relax knowing their children can tear around outside safely.
