We had to come to last minute decision to cancel all outdoor parties today we are so sorry but it the law and we are not putting your kids at risk happily to help you try get last minute indoor hall booking if possible please respect are decision as we don’t make the rules

What crazy weekend that was from Friday - Sunday with over 17+ castles out from communions to birthdays we got the weather we wanted thank you all to our repeat customers and our newbies who booked with us hope to see yous all again

Dear customers can you please check your confirmation emails that you received from us when booking online before going booking with other company’s if you have received them then your 100% booked in with us. So please stop making up excuses saying we haven’t heard back from us you don’t need to if your worried then pick up the phone and call us or PM the page to make sure we have your booking with don’t mind checking for use. Now that this has happen after knocking other customers back because we are fully booked specially when we are at peak right now with communions after silly customer pulls this move again and again when we could give that booking till 1 of the 15 customers we knocked back.
