Over 20 years ago, Steve Bingham and Gerard Leathem were working as part-time employees at Wilson’s Yard. Today, the duo are co-owners of the famous architectural salvage business as part of a major acquisition supported by Ulster Bank Northern Ireland.

Wilson's Yard is a treasure trove of antique interiors and statement pieces so it was only fitting that we produce a video case study for media and stakeholder channels to complement our media relations activity.

The RICS Awards are back this year to celebrate the very best projects that make up the built environment across the UK.🏆

We’re supporting RICS on PR for the regional ceremonies to showcase the projects winning in each of the 12 UK regions this year.

So far, we’ve seen the revitalisation of an old mill take the top prize in Scotland, the restoration of Southampton's medieval walls named overall winner in the South East, and a ground-breaking commercial workspace in Birmingham take home the project of the year trophy at the West Midlands ceremony. And we've had media coverage in a wide range of leading regional titles as far north as the John O'Groats Journal and as far south as the Daily Echo in Southampton.

Later this week ceremonies will take place in Yorkshire & Humber, Northern Ireland and the North East, with the rest of the ceremonies taking place throughout July.

These awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure, recognising outstanding achievement, teamwork and companies.👏

We look forward to continuing working with RICS to celebrate all of the winners over the coming weeks.

We’ve been working with Belfast One this week to launch the return of their hugely popular Summer Cinema events at Belfast City Hall this July with eight blockbuster films showing across two Sundays: 19th and 26th July.

We brought Belfast One together with one of our favourite local families; Fiona McCartan (Gluten Free Fi) and her cute kids, Arlo (6) and Ottilie (2) to help us share the excitement of a magical film experience on the lawns of the historic City Hall.

Today we announced that our client Around Noon. has begun an innovative new partnership with Natasha's Foundation.🤝

Natasha’s Foundation, previously known as The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, is a food allergy charity which was set up after the founders’ daughter Natasha died from anaphylaxis, a severe allergic reaction, when she was just 15-years-old.

Around Noon have committed to a four-year partnership with the Foundation to support its vital work in food allergy awareness, research and education, and its long-term mission to help eliminate allergic disease altogether.🙌

Such a fantastic and meaningful partnership that we were delighted to announce.✨

Congratulations to all of the winners of the Belfast Telegraph Sports Awards 2026!🏆

It was fantastic to work with the Belfast Telegraph team to bring back the awards this year to recognise NI’s incredible sporting talent and achievements.

The night was a huge success with nearly 400 guests welcomed to the Crowne Plaza to celebrate NI’s top sports stars and teams, with awards for Rory McIlroy and world championship boxers to the best school sporting talent and grass roots athletes.⛳⚽

We were delighted to be involved in the management of such an amazing event, working for months on the planning and organisation alongside the Belfast Telegraph team including Karen McGarvey, Nicola McGarvey and Head of Sport, Paul Ferguson.

Thanks to all of the sponsors, suppliers and supporters, and to our great hosts Ruth Gorman and Carl Frampton. And again a huge congratulations to all the winners!⭐

The last four days at Balmoral Show were the culmination of months of hard work by our team for clients like Ulster Bank Northern Ireland, Henderson Group / SPAR and Specsavers on this year’s show!

Balmoral provides an opportunity for clients to:
- engage many thousands of people in their brand
- create better awareness and understanding of their products, services and good work amongst the agri food sector and beyond
- network and engage with stakeholders and influencers
- generate business on the ground

Our role for clients at the show involved sponsorship activation, event management, political & stakeholder engagement, content creation & video production, media engagement, social media influencer engagement, and more.

A huge effort by our team and clients. Well done everyone! And thank you to the RUAS, our suppliers and others who worked with us to make it all a success.

In the lead up to Balmoral Show this week, we shared the story of how a trip to Specsavers helped a Co. Down farmer see his bride walk down the aisle.🚜👰

Just a few weeks before his wedding, Lewis Williamson suffered an accident while working on his farm which could’ve cost him his sight.

A trip to his local Specsavers in Newry found that Lewis had a small metal fragment embedded in the cornea. Luckily, local optometrist Will Stevenson was able to extract the piece of shrapnel from Lewis’s eye, successfully resolving Lewis’s eye injury…and thankfully ensuring he didn’t have red puffy eyes in their wedding photos!

Lewis also left Specsavers Newry with a new pair of safety goggles, which he wears during any labour on the farm.👓

If you’re at Balmoral Show this week, pop into the Eikon Shopping Village to see the Specsavers team. At their stand you can try out their simulation specs, get a free hearing screening, see the wide range of glasses and safety goggles available, test your precision vision with games for the chance to win a £10 eye test voucher or simply book an appointment at the stand.

Ahead of , which starts tomorrow, our team has been creating content for Ulster Bank featuring farming and agri customers doing great things in their local communities.

This latest video features Megan McOuat of Moorestown Equine Services who talks about setting up and establishing her own equestrian business.

Megan, who holds an equine management degree with distinction, has been around horses since childhood. Since she set up the company, Ulster Bank has been helping Megan and her business gallop ahead!
