We are incredibly proud to celebrate our Managing Director, James McGinn, who has been formally presented with his MBE by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal at Windsor Castle.

This well-deserved honour, awarded as part of the King’s Birthday Honours, recognises over 30 years of dedication, passion and leadership within the tourism and hospitality industry. Since joining Hastings Hotels in 1996, James has been at the heart of our journey — helping shape not only our hotel group, but also Northern Ireland’s reputation on the global stage.

For James, it was a proud and personal day, shared with his family, and he was quick to recognise the incredible support of the Hastings family and all his colleagues along the way.

We couldn’t be prouder to have such inspiring leadership guiding us forward. Congratulations, James — this recognition is so richly deserved 👏
