Wedding Day Coordination is, in many ways, the harder brief. That's why we do only a very small number each year.
Full planning means months of conversations, of knowing a couple's day inside out before the day arrives. Coordination means stepping in a few days before and making someone else's carefully built plans run without a hitch.
Most of the time, there's a lot of piecing together to do.
Not with Hannah and David.
They had thought of everything. And not in a box-ticking way. In a way that told a story about exactly who they are.
The bud vases from Gathered Floral looked effortless, the kind of thing that reads as beautifully uncontrived, and yet every stem had been carefully chosen and placed. The table names were a quiet nod to the fact that Hannah and David are game designers, a detail only those in the know would spot. Arcade games for the kids (and big kids), cocktails named after their cats and and donkeys! Donkeys... serving drinks... at a wedding! Carlsberg don't do weddings...
It was a genuine pleasure to be trusted with their day.
