What an unforgettable evening at the beautiful Porchester Hall in London, for the Speedo Charity Swim and Gala Dinner in support of Hope for Youth (NI) 🏊‍♂️

We were thrilled to have the opportunity to help bring this unique event to life just a few weeks ago, which combines swimming relays between the House of Lord’s V House of Commons and the Speedo All-Stars Team, followed by a black-tie fundraising dinner, hosted by HRH The Duchess of Gloucester. A huge thanks to all our swimmers, special guests including gold paralympic medallist Ellie Simmonds and Speedo ambassador Michael Gunning, and those who generously donated on the evening 👏

Have your Golden Ticket ready? 🎟️Step into a world of pure imagination... 🍭🍬

We’re reminiscing this sweet treat of an event held for our client for their annual employee festive event. Transforming the into the Chocolate Factory 🏭🍫was no easy task, but one we relished in!

Over 600 guests walked through the Factory gates to enjoy a completely bespoke menu with a ‘Chocolate River’ and watch in wonder as Charlie Bucket, W***y Wonka and the other Golden Ticket holders performed pop-up entertainment throughout dinner. Of course the night couldn’t go a miss without closing the evening on the dancefloor...

Callow Events had the pleasure of delivering ‘s staff summer party at a fantastic new venue this year: 🍻

For the event, we embraced a “Best of Belfast” theme, perfectly fitting for a client that truly embodies the spirit of the city! Renowned for their dedication to team-building and fun, we delivered a variety of Belfast-themed activities to keep staff engaged and entertained. 🎶

Highlights included a Titanic inflatable, a Tayto crisp wall, a performance by Belfast comedian , brewery tours, laid-back local live music, festive summer styling (complete with Belfast brolly’s!) and delicious food trucks.

Summer in the city…🕶️

It was great to be back at .house delivering a stylish, summer social on behalf of our lovely new clients, Energystore to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Guests enjoyed a laid-back but lively evening playing courtyard games, singing & dancing along to our buzzing entertainment and enjoying some fantastic street style food and cocktails alfresco. Private whiskey tasting tours courtesy of and keepsake illustrations by upped the cool factor.

🏉 Last week, we introduced something new: The Oval Ball!

💫 It wasn't your typical gala dinner; we offered a unique experience – your very own private Rugby World Cup screening. While the Irish team sadly weren't on the big screens, we made sure to represent our boys with plenty of Irish entertainment!

Our event was a whirlwind of excitement! From engaging fundraising activities to hilarious comedy sketches and a show-stopping surprise opera performance by Friederike Krum, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you to everyone who made this night truly memorable, all-in support of Cancer Fund for Children, NIPANC & Cancer Focus Northern Ireland! 🥂
