As the year raced by, members came together one last time on Wednesday 31st December at 6pm for an all-levels sparring class. No noise. No rush. Just people who have shared sweat, sacrifice, and growth on the same mats. It was a quiet reminder that time moves fast, but the moments we earn together — the effort, the respect, the friendships — are what truly last. We kicked out the old, punched in the new, and left grateful for every round shared.

ProKick Gym will be closed today New Year’s Day, reopening with all classes running as normal from Thursday 2nd January 2026.

Looking ahead, ProKick extends a warm welcome to new beginners, with a dedicated Beginners Kickboxing Class starting Monday 5th January 2026 at 8pm — the perfect opportunity to start the new year with purpose, confidence, and support.

ProKick Gym wishes all members, friends, and families across the world a healthy, happy, and peaceful New Year.

Earlier this afternoon we had the final Round 10 HIIT class of 2025 wrapped up at 1:30pm — a sharp, intense 30-minute bag and pads session that left everyone finishing the year strong.
