Continuing on in the heatwave, we spent our bank holiday Monday in the Cotswolds for a hen do. An unbelievable set-up and great company all around. With the weather being so warm, this menu was requested especially for maximum satisfaction. I made a cheesy garlic focaccia with a whipped garlic butter, spaghetti carbonara to follow, and the fudgiest chocolate brownie with berries and vanilla ice cream.
