Wedding DJs are not an hourly service.
Here’s why…

You’re not paying “£100+ an hour.” You’re investing in an outcome, one delivered through a talent-based service that involves months of planning, preparation, and personalization long before we ever arrive on site.

In fact, most of the work happens before the event. From tailoring timelines and coordinating with other vendors, to extensive music prep, specialty edits, rehearsing names and spotlight moments, venue visits, client meetings, equipment testing, designing lighting and sound to your event space, and packing hundreds of pounds of gear, followed by expertly setting up thousands of dollars in tech and backup systems…all before working a 12-hour event day to deliver exactly what you wanted.

The unrealized truth is, the total package of a great DJ goes far beyond “just music and a few announcements for six hours.” It’s about getting the obvious details right and the unspoken nuances too; the moments no one planned for, mentioned, or even realized would matter. Thursday night at the Woburn Coffee House I had the pleasure of DJ’ing for the wedding reception of Mr & Mrs Taylor, and we had a fantastic evening. From the first dance all the way through to the closing song we had a blast.

The venue is beautiful and picturesque, Woburns best kept secret.

The guests were fantastic, the music awesome, vibes were brilliant, we all had a lovely time. And it was topped by being told by the guests i am an awesome DJ and did a great job.

What a year 2024 was and what a way to finish the year. Started off the year still as just a subbie DJ’ing for another company, and took the leap to stand on my own 2 feet, a leap I have been scared to take, a leap that took a lot of guts, and a leap that has taught me so many lessons. And yet still, it was a successful end to the year.

Bring on NYE at The Ship Inn, Bromham Road. We had awesome time. It was lovely being local and in such a welcoming and friendly local pub. Had the opportunity to bring the new year in with old friends, family, and our new friends at the pub. Played all the bangers and probably some music from every genre going. We were in the mix and had so much fun. Everyone said they enjoyed themselves. And we got some lovely feedback. Thankyou Ellen, for the opportunity!

Now we move on to 2025, and I need to step my game up and increase the pace. It is time to grow, to grow as a person, to grow as a business and to grow as a DJ. So Thankyou to everyone who has supported us this far, for all the shares, the likes and the follows, and I will continue to make that support worth something by keeping on working.
