We're almost into spring my favourite time for amazing veggies, but February brings us purple sprouting broccoli which we're using in pasta sauces and beetroot which we're loving in curries or roasted to bring out its sweetness for our delicious salad bowls. Either way we always pack our meals full of delicious whole foods 🌱

These Mushroom Tarts went down a storm last week 🍄. Packed full with caramelised red onions, sage and encased in a rosemary olive oil pastry case. We served them with skin on garlic packed roast potatoes and salad leaves dressed with lemon and extra virgin olive oil. YUM! 🤤
