Twin girls celebrated their first holy communion with friends and family - celebration held at Ravensden village hall .

Banquet style buffet offering a selection of Italian antipasti, Italian cheeses, mini arancini, pizza slices, range of hot dishes from parmigiana, pasta bolognese and more finished off with fresh fruit and Italian classic mignon cakes .

Family and friends came to celebrate first holy communion to a beautiful daughter and son . Held at Chalgrave memorial in Tebworth.

Family enjoyed a selection of Italian antipasti, pizza, sandwiches, mini filled wraps, meatballs in sauce, parmigiana, pasta al forno, caprese, fagiolini salad followed by fresh fruit, chocolate brownies and Italian mini cream filled cakes .

Graze table set up for a little boys 2nd birthday party with lots of family & friends to enjoy sunny Sunday afternoon .

Clients selected a range of children’s finger sandwiches, vegetable crudités, selection of crisps and fresh fruit for the little ones followed by a selection of cheeses, Italian charcuterie, filled mini wraps, fruit and lots more. This was freshly prepared, delivered and set up all including bamboo plates, cutlery and napkins .

Earlier in the year we were called by a lovely French lady Albane, to cater for her country weekend birthday celebrations and we had been recommended to her which always makes us super happy !

Albane wanted to create a French inspired graze lunch buffet for her guests to enjoy during the day and then followed by a elevated evening of beautiful dresses and suited gentlemen to be served canapés and cocktails

For the lunch graze buffet we offered :
- French inspired meat charcuterie
- French style cheeseboard with grapes, figs, chutneys and crackers
- selection of green bean salad, chickpea salad and a tomato & fresh basil platter
- lasagna
- pasta al pesto genovese
- we also catered for a lactose & gluten free guest
Followed by fresh fruit

Evening canapés were a selection of smoked salmon blinis, caprese skewers, mini mushroom bouchées, mini arancini, potato & onion tortilla bites, tempura prawn, mini zucchini soup shot, mini prawn puffs finished off with mini lemon meringue tartlet, gold leaf raspberry tartlet and dark chocolate covered strawberries 🍓

Thank you Albane for having us it was a absolute pleasure serving your guests and yourself - we wish you a very happy birthday from all of us at Sapori

Lunch ordered for an event held at window ware in Bedford. Clients selected Italian antipasti, Spanish antipasti, selection of fresh breads, caprese tomato & mozzarella salad, lasagna & pasta al forno with Neapolitan sauce ….

Catering for a wonderful occasion - baptism of the little sweetheart Ava 🎀

Family selected a range of Italian antipasti including cured meats, selection of cheeses, grilled vegetables, Sicilian caponata, fresh breads followed by steamed salmon sides, insalate di mare, Polpette in sauce, lasagna, parmigiana, chicken cotolette, Sicilian panelle, pizza, focaccia and pasta al forno …. a wide selection where guests were coming for seconds or even thirds !! ( salmon and seafood supplied by local - always the best quality fish )

Followed by a dessert table set up of fresh fruit, chocolate brownies and selection of fresh mignon 🍰 🍉 🍇 🧁
