We know that a few customers were let down over Christmas and new year, this was due to a family issue that is beyond explanation and certainly not to be aired on social media.

We apologise for anyone who feels we have ruled those Christmas. Believe me, it was not by choice and as our regular customers will know, is very out of character, this is due to the nature of the personal, family issues.

The constant abuse and posts harassing and chasing, when we have explained have certainly not helped with this situation. While we understand that you are upset, please remember that we are not a multi national company run by people in an office, we are a small business, run by a father and daughter (15 years old) who have been through a lot, so much so that we unfortunately couldn’t deliver hot tubs over Christmas, which we are sorry for, but given the fact that we wasn’t even able to spend Christmas together, to us as humans, feel that a hot tub is the least of peoples worries.

That in mind, and moving forward, all deposits will be refunded, now we are physically able to, and if anyone would like a more in depth explanation of how/why we wasn’t able to deliver your hot tub over the Christmas and new year period, which has ruined so much for you (sorry again) then we are happy to explain, but it will not be put on a public forum.

Please remember, behind every small business is a person, with a family. Sometimes they have to come first. And this was one of them occasions.

PSA!

As the cooler months approach, we’re going to be changing our delivery and collection times/days.

From November we will be delivering on a Thursday and then collecting the following Thursday. This lets you have the tub longer and allows us to keep costs the same as we’ll be on the road less. This also allows me to concentrate on something new and exciting, a passion that has been with me since I was a child. I’ll keep you updated with that as I’ll be hoping for plenty of likes on my new page.
