We finished our last amazing party at 3am on the 1st January ‘26! By the time I’d unloaded and got into bed it was 5am so yesterday I was in a heap on the sofa!

Here’s a quick glimpse of some of December which just raced by 🎄💫🎁

As we enter this New Year I would like to wish you all a very Healthy Happy one filled with wonderful adventures and laughter.. for me that’s so important..

End of February was epic.. full breakfasts with eggs, beautiful croissants , vegan Bircher muesli with almond milk, 5 course luncheons and 5 course dinners with caviar service for one client for 3 days..
I think I had 4 hours sleep max each night but it was a great success. Here are just a few pics of the beautiful fruit, poached lobsters, smoked salmon from our great suppliers .goldsmith and salmon always pretty with fresh micro herbs and flowers from ♥️ my little team of 3 did a great job for long hours using exquisite plates and flatware from 😍

Home cured gin Gravad lax, Duck breast with confit duck and red cabbage parcel, with beetroot crisp finished with a marmalade soufflé, dark choc sphere with grand marnier cream in a gas oven which was challenging! 😅
Welcomed in the New Year…🎉🥂💫
