“I’ve mainly been doing pop-up restaurants as I’ve been turning down a lot of offers from restaurants and venues to become a head chef. But I fell in love with Blenheim House and its unique features which are steeped in history.
So it felt the right place to focus my talents and work with the fantastic team at Blenheim.”
