I’m very excited to be out on the road for a few dates with the maker of mischief in chief Andy Floss!

It’s such a fun show to be part of and (we hope!) equally as good fun for the whole family to come along and enjoy.

Hope to see some of my local friends in Wakefield in a theatre I’ve always been excited to play…

And after 32 years of performing I’ve finally done it… Thanks to a pink, flossy dude who loves nothing more than to get us both in trouble!

My tired face! 💤

Christmas 2025 has been manic, starting on 21st of November with a stand-up show (and rehearsing before that!) and finishing today, Sunday 4th January, it’s been a mammoth slog!

Over 100 shows at Web Adventure Park 10 party nights at The Moorlands, loads of schools, my Boxing Day tradition at Lower Hopton WMC and some close up magic gigs thrown in…

It’s been lots of fun but I’m ready for a well earned rest… for one day 😂 I’m back in schools on Tuesday for some shows to celebrate Epiphany!

No rest for the wicked! Thanks to everyone who watched one of the shows, I hope it made you laugh!

It's Play in Hospital Week which means all our hospitals want visits this week. There were visits at 9 hospitals yesterday including one at Pinderfields Hospital Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust where there was lots of fun and laughter, thanks to Dazzling Darren - Children's Magic & Entertainment and The Hydes Hospital Trust which funds Pod's monthly visits.
One of the parents commented, "He’s been in hospital for a week now and was beginning to get fed up. The show was very good and really cheered Rory up!" Looks like it cheered everyone up!

I’m so excited to be starting my 5th Summer at The Web Adventure Park this weekend!

It’s been my home since 2021 and this year the Summer is looking bigger and better than ever.

New rides and new attractions which make it (in my humble opinion!) the best family day out this Summer ☀️

One ticket price for unlimited rides is perfect on the pocket and if your kids are anything like mine they’ll just want to stay and play ALL day!

Oh and on the info it says magic shows from Dazzling Darren and his team… I’ll be there for MOST of the Summer but I’m having a few days off for a very special arrival of my own 👶🏻🍼👨‍🍼

So hopefully I’ll see you there. If on the off chance you are coming to see me in the first week or so (I’m just a small part of the BIG day out) then message me just to check I’m there that day!

Today is the International Day Of Play!

I didn’t know that until the lovely team at Pinderfields Hospital asked me to coincide my monthly visit with the IDOP (that’s what the professionals call it!)

So today I’ll be celebrating starting my second year with Pod Children's Charity with a visit to the Children’s ward for a magic show, visits around the ward and making some balloons for all the wonderful people there!

I’ve been very lucky to put the wand down recently and have a week on the Algarve golfing with friends and five brilliant days in Disney with my family!

Now I’m recharged and ready to go for 17 action packed days at Web Adventure Park starting on Saturday 5th of April and going right through until Easter Monday!

A great weekend of parties with a 5th birthday for Ezra, a 60th birthday for Annie (and entertainment for the younger ones too 😂) and finished off with Leah’s 5th birthday today who had such a magical cake!
