The staff enjoyed a delicious spread featuring some of our all-time favorites:

🍛 Thai Chicken Curry — rich, flavorful, and always a crowd-pleaser!
🥗 Soft Vegetable Noodles — packed with fresh, perfectly seasoned veggies.
🍚 Jasmine Boiled Rice — the perfect pairing for a hearty meal.

🎉 We had an absolute blast cooking for Jenni’s surprise 40th birthday party! 🥳

A huge thank you to her amazing friend Vikki and her husband for organizing such a memorable celebration. It was our pleasure to serve Jenni who is an absolute foodie especially oriental food and her guests with a delicious bespoke menu that included:

- Malaysian chicken satay skewers with cucumber
- Chinese salt and pepper chicken bites
- Japanese vegetarian gyoza dumplings
- Thai Panang chicken curry
- Chicken wings marinated in soy sauce and sweet chili
- Malaysian beef rendang with potatoes and lime leaves
- Soft vegetable noodles
- Spring rolls filled with rice vermicelli noodles, carrots, and cabbage

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting an intimate private dining experience for Jenna and Kenny Pallas, who just got married yesterday—congratulations to the happy couple! 🎉

What a successful day for St Mary's Primary School Bathgate - PTA Picnic in the Park event! 😍

Despite the rain, everyone supported us and the other vendors. It has been amazing, even with the torrential downpour. ☔️

We completely sold out within two hours— thank you! 🥹

Our first time at the West Lothian Producers Market was a huge success, with a sell out after just 2 hours! 🎉 We can’t wait to return next month.
