ADVANCED NOTICE
To all our grooming customers.
Due to the high volume of no shows, between Xmas and now, without exception.
We are introducing a booking fee.
Our little business has lost in excess of £1000 since Xmas to date.
Going forward, we can't possibly run our business in this way.
For any bookings from 1st may onwards, there will be a booking fee.
This will have to be paid the day you book your dog in for a groom.
The booking fee will be 50% off the cost of your dogs groom.
TO BE CLEAR, THIS WILL BE A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE.
The other 50% of the groom will be paid when you collect your dog.
Please be mindful, when your dog is next being groomed, that in order to book the next appointment that same day (which is advisable as we are now very busy) if your next booking goes into May, you will be asked for the 50% booking fee to secure that appointment.
We don't want to offend anyone, so please don't take it personal, esp if you are a customer who has never let us down.
This is in order that we can continue to provide you with this service and ensure we get our wages too.

TO ALL ZEE n Ms GROOMING CUSTOMERS

Due to the amount of prople giving us very little notice, or just not bothering to show up for appointments .

We are having to change the way we conduct our business.

To NEW customers.
You will be asked to make full payment when you make a booking for your dogs groom.

This will be your booking fee.

Should you need to cancel, you will have to give at least 48hrs notice, in order for us to return 50% of your booking fee.
Should you give less than 48hrs notice, or not bother to show up. Non of your booking fee will be r funded.

To CURRENT customers.

You will not be asked to pay in advance. However, should you give us less than 24hrs notice, or simply not bother to show up for the appointment, you will be asked to pay 50% of the booking you didn’t show up to, and be asked to pay in advance for any future bookings.

The lack of respect for our business is unacceptable.
If you think of it.
If you went to your work place, and at the end of the day your boss said “oh we didn’t get any customers today so you won’t be getting paid for today”, you would not accept that.
Ppl not showing up for appointments.
This is exactly how it is for us.
We are booked up, six weeks in advance.
others want those appointments and we are turning away that business as we have no space.
Then ppl don’t bother to show, or last min on the same day tell us they can’t make it.
No it’s unacceptable anymore.
We hope you understand, but this is the way it is going to be going forward.
