Congratulations to Lisa Johns from Hastings who took the one day intensive training programme with the CTS in Basingstoke yesterday.
3 family meetings.
A visit to the working end of the crematorium.
An interview with the chief cremator and the chapel attendant.
An interview with a funeral arranger and after further training, she delivered a beautiful funeral service.
