Hello Mike,

Just back from our honeymoon and wanted to say thanks again for providing us with the perfect way to end our wedding day.

You understood exactly what we wanted and coped really well with the heat playing exactly the right songs for when people were arriving/eating to getting people up and dancing towards the end of the night.

We will certainly recommend you if any of our friends and family need a DJ in the future.

"We both found Mike to be very friendly and helpful whilst sorting out the music for our wedding, especially as we both have very different tastes in music.

We met with him in the run up to the wedding to go through all the finer details of the evening reception which was very useful. On the actual wedding day he was very professional at all times and we did not feel at all rushed, he was more than happy to entertain our guests in the run up to the first dance.

Andy and I wanted our wedding to be really fun, relaxed and chilled out in the day and one massive knees up at night.
It was really important for us to have likeminded people to do our photography, food and entertainment. Mike was just that - he listened to us right from the start and between us, we came up with an awesome playlist. Pop, rock, motown and metal (that was for the husband) EVERYONE was up and dancing, the dance floor was never ever empty! We had a few technical difficulties on the night, the barn had a powercut but Mike was ever the professional and had the music back on and running in no time at all. In fact I think we might of all had a sing song at that point!

Mike's communication was spot on too, sending lots of emails to confirm, reconfirm and confirm again. You need that piece of mind when planning a wedding.

We loved having Mike as a part of our wedding - cant recommend him enough.

"We booked Mike Mackay for our wedding reception and were very pleased with the great job Mike did. He was very professional, reliable, and personable. And most importantly he played a great set with all the tunes we asked for and everyone loved it. He also always knew exactly what to play at the right time; when he could see some electric boogaloo starting on the dance floor he dropped 'It's like that' by Run DMC & Jason Nevins for a dance off, and when the crowd were getting a bit rowdy he played Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit' for a bit of a mosh - genius! Highly recommend you book Mike to DJ for any event."
