Today's chair yoga will begin in less than an hours time. It's a great way to start your week and isn't strenuous. The aim is to get your joints moving without leaving your chair. So if you're struggling to move easily, why not come along to the Sycamore Halls Community Centre and join in. First session is free, usually £5 per session... we even have loyalty cards to give you that motivation to continue classes... so come along and get moving 😉

The Sycamore Halls Community Centre needs volunteers to ensure our clubs and activities can continue to develop and grow. We have a lunch club for over 55s, a parent & child group and two youth groups that desperately need people who can spare a few hours a week.
