And that’s a wrap! ICONS of the Sky 2024. Honoured to have led and managed this project from design to delivery on behalf of Longleat. This year was all about celebration and building an event that not only maintained the traditional Hot Air Balloons, but built the day out with more sky filled fun and ending each day with a bang!

Having ran the Hot Air Balloon event for a previous seven years, it was a huge piece of work and great example of incredible team work to successfully deliver change management for guest expectations, event layout, internal teams confidence, authorities, residents, animal welfare, farmers, CAA, advance and onsite comms.

I could not be more proud and continuously inspired of the internal and external ICONS 24 team, pilots, crew, contractors, entertainment, suppliers and marshals who made this happen.

And of course a special mention to James McDonald, Slipstream Management, Ben Mackenzie and Tallulah Plant for being the true Icons of the ground and being the reason I love what I do!
