Good morning everyone! Here is what we have happening here at Castleland Community Centre today

From 09:30 until 13:00 we have GodFirst joining us. Godfirst Church are part of a growing movement of churches that are passionate about advancing the gospel through church planting and strengthening local churches

Later this afternoon from 13:45 to 16:45 we welcome The Church of Pentecost-UK. The charitable objects of the Church includes advancing the Christian faith, relieving sickness, relieving financial hardship, promoting and preserving good health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind including counselling, and advancing education in such ways and in such parts of the UK

Get ready for our Friendly Bingo! This is one of our longest running groups where everyone is definitely welcome. Join in for some fun with Bingo, Hoy, Fliers, and raffles suitable for all ages. Plus, you can enjoy delicious refreshments including tea, coffee, cakes, and sandwiches. We can't wait to see you there!

🌟 SEND Academy is running from 10:00 until 15:00. This wonderful programme aims to help young adults with learning difficulties develop the essential skills they need to enter work or volunteer placements. We can't wait to welcome everyone!

Good morning from Castleland Community Centre! Here is what we have coming up for you today

11:00 - 13:00 : Eating For Life
Eating for Life is a FREE person centred supportive group programme for people who are trying to lose weight. The programme lasts for 8 weeks and runs once per week, each session lasting for 1 hour 15 minutes. The aim of this group is to offer continued support in moving forward with lifestyle changes. The programme is run by a qualified dietitian using principles and strategies of motivational interviewing and behaviour change to promote long term positive lifestyle changes

Good morning from Castleland Community Centre! We have a fantastic lineup of activities happening today, and we hope you can join us.

Starting us off from 09:30 to 16:30, we have The Nelson Trust Drop In and Group Sessions. Their women’s centres provide a warm and safe women-only environment where a wide range of problems and challenges can be addressed in a non-judgmental way, guiding and empowering you to make positive changes in your life. 👭✨

Later on, from 13:00 to 15:00, Citizens Advice will be holding a CAB surgery during our Warm Space and Food share to help locals with general advice and support. 💬🤝

Running alongside this from 13:00 to 15:00 is our Foodshare and Warmspace. Our Warmspace opens to take your ticket at 1pm, and Foodshare opens at 1:30pm. From 15:00 to 22:00, we welcome Miranda Lee Dance, offering dance classes and private tuition of Ballroom and Latin dancing for adults. They also host dance weekends, Balls, and themed dances. 💃🕺✨

Wrapping up our day from 19:00 to 20:00, we have Narcotics Anonymous. If using drugs is causing problems in your life, NA can help. NA exists solely so that its members can support each other to stay drug-free and to help others achieve and maintain a drug-free recovery and lifestyle. It is completely free and costs nothing to attend their meetings. 🤲🌿
