🎸🥁🍺The stage is set! All that’s missing is YOU! (And the sun but we’re hoping it makes an appearance for us on Saturday)
⚠PLEASE SEE (and share!) THE BELOW IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION 👇👇
Gates open from 12:30.
Please do:
✅ Have your ticket ready for inspection. ID will be required on the day, we have a challenge 25 policy in place. If you are on the field without a wrist band you will be asked to leave, please look after it.
✅ Use the bins provided. If a bin is looking full, please Inform us so we can empty it, rather than it overflowing - let’s keep seagulls to a minimum!
✅ Bring snacks, but don’t forget we have a burger and pizza van there for the day, as well as an ice cream van!
✅ Furness leisure hire will hopefully be onsite for the day to provide the kids with some entertainment. This is weather dependant, so fingers crossed!
✅ Feel free to bring your own soft drinks. Soft drinks and water will be available from the bar and mixers are already included in our spirit prices.
✅ Bring camping chairs and picnic blankets as you require (and umbrellas maybe). Please do dress for the weather, we are hoping it will be ok by opening time.
✅ We now accept card payment! But please do bring some cash just in case we have any technical issues with our machine. It will be a token system as it has been previously where you buy the tokens and then exchange them at the bars for your drinks, this helps to keep queues down.
✅ Use public transport or your legs as there is no parking available.
✅ Be respectful of our neighbours when leaving.
Please don’t:
❌ Bring alcohol. A lot of effort and money has been spent on stocking the bars for you, so please help the club and purchase from us.
❌ Bring, sell, use, or have anything to do with drugs! If you do you will be removed from the field and the police will be informed. We have professional security for the duration of the event.
❌ Turn up without a ticket! We are completely sold out! If you are no longer available to attend, we have made a group where you can try and sell your ticket to someone else.
❌ Go beyond the perimeter fence onto the football pitch.
❌Bring any glass - plastic and cans only!!!
❌ Bring dogs - remember, away from Askambury the site is a football ground

All of the staff on the day are volunteers. We have put a lot of hard work into making it a great day and believe me, it is incredibly time consuming and takes months of effort. Please help the day run as smoothly as possible.
Admin are now signing off until Saturday. We will do our best to answer any questions but we will be busy setting up so be patient.
