🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Over the last few months, we've been working quietly behind the scenes on our biggest project yet... (worst kept secret ever, most of you already guessed 😂)

🎮 We're opening the Level Up Community Arcade in Barrow. 👾

This isn't just about arcade machines or gaming.

We want to create a space where people can actually come together again.

A place where friends can meet up, families can spend time together, people can socialise, compete, relax and feel part of something positive.

Gaming has always brought people together for us, and over the years through the shop, local events and the Summer Game Fest, we've seen firsthand how powerful that can be.

Now we want to create something permanent for the town.

The arcade will include:
🕹️ Retro gaming areas
🎮 Arcade machines & Sit Down Gaming
☕ Café area
🏆 Events & tournaments
🤝 Inclusive sessions for all ages and abilities

This project is being built alongside Level Up Gaming Events CIC, our community organisation, meaning everything raised through events and activities goes directly back into building and running the space for the community.

We genuinely believe this could become something really special for Barrow.

Over the next few weeks we'll be sharing more behind-the-scenes updates, concept images and ways people can get involved in helping bring this project to life. 💙

Honestly... we're both terrified and excited to finally share this with everyone 😂

We hope the town gets behind it as much as we have.

We’ve had an amazing few days attending the FESP STEM event at Furness College!

It was fantastic seeing so many people getting involved and discovering how their passion for gaming could lead to future careers in tech, design, and the games industry.

What a night! Thank you so much to everyone that came ♥️ Big shout outs to the DJs , Squid, Carter, Etch and we can't forget !! Special mention to for hosting us, you guys were amazing.

This was something completely new for us but from the feedback we've got it went amazingly well, so watch this space in the future 👀🎵🎶
