We’ve been in our orchards this week picking the Bramley apples that go into our chef prepared Apple Crumble. Growing our own apples gives the dessert an amazing flavour.

We take great care in choosing all our ingredients, sourcing the majority locally and often straight from the farm. We are proud to support British farming.
