This is our Rich Stilton & Smoked Bacon Cheesecake, a stunning savoury starter that never fails to turn heads and delight taste buds. Silky whipped Stilton and delicate smoked bacon, set in a golden crumb crust, nestled on a bed of fresh watercress. Every plate, a little work of art.
