How did you spend your Sunday evening?

Last night I went to one of my beautiful friend Lianne’s Sound Baths.

The reason I love sound baths and the reason that it’s been one of my go to self care rituals, whether it’s gongs or bowls, for the last 15 years is because it’s the only time I can make my mind go quiet. I drifted away, gained some insight, and came back into the room fully relaxed. What a beautiful way to spend a Sunday evening, or any evening…or morning,…or any time of the day ✨

This love story got me yesterday. This is Grandma Bridget and her new man. She’s 80, he’s 86, they’ve not long met, and they’ve been having the most wonderful adventures together. She told me that love just happens when you’re not expecting it at all, not to sweat the small stuff, and to just grab life and go for it, and enjoy every moment. I asked if I could take a photo of them to remember their love story and our conversation, and they told me that it was their first photo that they’ve had taken together 🫶🏼. How special is that. Always believe. There’s a path, there’s a plan, allow it to flow.

I love my job.
