I just wanted to do a little shout out for a wonderful woman Kara Hayward who hands down makes the best Chai syrup and vegan food. If you know me, you know I love a chai ☕️
All weekend I kept meaning to take a photo of her wonderful food that she was feeding us all, and I kept scoffing it down and forgetting. This was my delicious dinner from Sunday evening. If you’re looking for vegan catering for your wedding, party, or event speak to Kara.
At the weekend Natalie & I had a very much needed weekend of healing, learning, and wholesomeness at Wild & Wiser festival at .co.uk . We can’t wait for next year.
