🎨 The struggles of festival life as a face painter….

☀️ Taking full advantage of the short burst of sunshine to dry the face paints from a very humid day at madeinmanchesterfestival yesterday.

🌧️ Even the light rain didn’t stop folk from having body painting protected with their clear ponchos!

Final day… let’s gooooo 🎤🎸🍺🎉

When you’ve queued over an hour on the busiest day of the month at Trinity Walk’s massive Princess Finale, there is NO WAY you’re letting the British weather ruin your face paint 😂👑🎨

Cue a last-minute emergency brolly purchase to keep it safe… ☔️😂

A solid plan.

Unfortunately, the weather had other ideas. 🤣🤣🤣

The face says it ALL 😂

But most importantly… THE FACE PAINT SURVIVED! 🙌🎨

Now THAT is dedication 😂💗

👑 TOMORROW AT TRINITY WALK! 👑

We’re back at Trinity Walk tomorrow for the BIG Princesses of Trinity finale 🎉

👑 10 princesses all in one day
🎤 Mini live princess performance
📸 Princess meet & greets around the centre
🎨 FREE face painting with us from 11am–3pm
🦖 Plus the dinosaurs will be out too!

And don’t let the rain put you off! 🌧️ Most of the princess locations have been moved under cover, so you can still get round and meet them all.

Donna be set up near Toyland Toyshop from 11am–3pm painting as many little faces as she can get through! 🎨

🎨 Face painting finishes at 3pm, so our queue will close earlier once it’s full for the day.

☔️☀️ RAIN TOMORROW? WHO CARES… WE’VE GOT OUR OWN SUN! ☀️☔️

If the weather’s looking a bit rubbish tomorrow, we’ve got the PERFECT FREE school holiday activity happening indoors at WX Wakefield ! 🙌

And when we say we’ve got our own sun… we actually mean it 😂☀️

WX is currently home to Helios — an incredible 6-metre-wide illuminated Sun suspended inside the building! 🤩

And tomorrow we’ll be underneath it bringing ALL the sparkle with FREE Sun & Space Glitter Tattoos! ✨🪐🚀

What a month August has been so far!!!! 😲🎨✨

It’s been absolutely RAMMED — so much so that our socials have been a little neglected because we’ve been too busy actually out there painting faces, throwing glitter at people and surviving the summer holidays 😂

And I’m sure all you parents are now counting down the days, hours, minutes AND seconds until those school gates reopen 🤣🙌

BUT… we’re not quite done with the summer holidays yet! 👀

We’ve got some BRILLIANT FREE events happening next week to finish the holidays off with a bang 🎨✨

🎨 Tried Something New Today 🖌️

One of my followers asked if I could paint their gate for their dogs. As soon as she said she had Bulldogs, I couldn’t say no!

Had so much fun being inspected every 10 mins by these two checking in on my work 😂

Thank you for having me! It’s always a massive bonus when the client you work for are so lovely 🥰
