Your kids will love our play equipment -from the speed and excitement of the giant two lane slide to the safety and confinement of the toddlers den. Its fun, it's varied, and it’s safe for everyone. Because the safety and happiness of your children is the most important thing to us. Pirates Cove is an indoor Activity and Party Centre that gives people the chance to sit back in our comfortable all leather seating. Just an update on Pirates Cove expenses it's £1,000 a month rental and that may include VAT the gas bill is £750 a year electric just over £220 a month the building insurance is £400 a year the public liability I've got his fantastic is just under £1,100 for the year you will need to have your staff first aid trained but you can do that over the video on the internet and it cost £30 and last for 3 years there's lots of extras round the back with vinyl rolls and soft shapes to refresh the place as well it's a non-slip floor on the cafe cafe side two lovely toilets both with immaculate changing facilities for babies there is a ground administration of £900 a year that's for the estate fees cutting the grass and other things there is CCTV is held at pirates Cove and I currently charged the management £850 a year for it to be held there are. I think I bored you long enough apparently a lot of people have been in touch with a solicitor please get in touch with me first and make a offer it has to be on the 70000 plus I've paid for everything so I I can leave it I do have two people that want to strip it out and take it to Manchester and Blackburn but I would love it to stop in the Wombwell and Barnsley area. We are having an open day tomorrow from 1:30 till 3:30 Street coronavirus spacing will be enforced I have plenty of hand gel and wipes and there is no reason why we should all be holding hands lol well. If you're looking for investment look no further than pirates Cove there is a lot that you will get your money anyway I've just been on a 5 mile walk I'm going to have some porridge take my medication and get to bed. Most of you might know I've not been a well guy and I think I I deserve some of this crap that's coming around can I say it's been an absolute pleasure to have been of service for the last 25 years to all of you that has grown up with pirates Cove with lots of memories and long may it continue all the very best, now I would normally say create memories that last a lifetime but I'm now got a new saying stay paranoid and stay safe to all of you out there it's been a pleasure
