As caterers to local nurseries in South Yorkshire, it hurts our heart to think that some kids go without food. We applaud the efforts of Marcus Rashford and the government in dragging the issue into the light and giving these poor kids a voice but, at the same time, we are aware of the issues in tackling this problem.
** To help out, from Monday 18th January 2021, we will be offering free meals to local kids living with families who struggle to put food on the table **
Unfortunately, we are a small company who, like everyone, is struggling in the pandemic, and so we have had to limit the meals to a maximum of 10 kids per day, Monday to Friday; believe me we wish this could be more. But if 10 local kids don't go hungry each day then we will have achieved our modest aim.
If the government's food parcel is not enough for your kids or if, for whatever reason, you have no food parcel, then please message us on Facebook, call or text 07905757465 and we will arrange to meet you.
Food will be a mixture of hot and cold each weekday
It will be available to collect from Thurnscoe Business Centre, S63 0BL - more details when you get in touch.
*****Please note that you must contact us to book. Do not arrive without having booked and received a confirmation as we need to make arrangements for food to be available****
Due to the nature of our business, we will not be able to continue offering this if the government decide to close nurseries as we will have to close our unit.
Please comment, like, share and tell anyone who may need this service - any help you can give to get word out is appreciated βΊοΈ
