Days like today make me feel so humble and proud to own such an amazing business. My fabulous bride Katie’s bespoke wedding dress was delivered while i was having the afternoon off and I just needed to get her in to finally see our vision come to life, so i messaged and she stopped what she was doing and rushed into work to meet me.
Katie went to other stores after she visited us and found a dress she fell in love with, but wanted changes making to it and really wanted to get her dress from us, so we sat for hours with fabrics and styles and designed the dress that is the one that’s brought her to floods of tears today when she’s tried it on. I don’t think a calculator could add up the hours i’ve spent on this dress, from 4am messages back and forth to our supplier, to updating Katie every step of the way!
We might not be the biggest bridal shop in the UK, we might not have 10,000 dresses for you to try but what we do have is passion and love for every single one of our brides who walk through our door. You won’t have to wait days for a reply from us, we’re on hand 24/7 for anything at all you need, whether it be something about your dress or just someone to rant to about anything else, we’re here for you!
People don’t see the effort and hours that go into every dress behind closed doors, especially with our bespoke service which allows you to completely personalise your gown at a fraction of the price other larger stores charge.
We will never force you to say YES to the dress, we always advise sleeping on the decision and coming back to make sure you’re 100%, you will never feel pressured with us.
It’s not always easy in this industry, you can’t please everyone. But we promise we will do our very best to make your experience as amazing as it should be from the moment you enter our store.
