Hope your all doing well, unfortunately we will no longer be doing private hires and as the event side of the business has got extremely busy so we will not have time to do events and private hires, anyone that is booked in for private hires already will have the castles on the day however they will be the last ones we hire out. Hopefully in the next year or so we will have more driving staff so we can reopen the private hire side of the business. We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused. On the plus side if anyone that hires from us wants to buy the castle they usually hire with the theme etc we are looking to sell most of out private hire equipment to get more for the events.

Just a polite reminder when you hire a bouncy castle for outdoors it is your responsibility to ensure the weather is okay, if the wind is over 24 mph or it is pooring its pooring it down we are unable to continue with the hire, we will message couple days before and try to find a solution/venue however for your child's saftey we will not hire outdoors if its too windy or if its pooring it down. We are not trying to ruin your childs day we are putting your childs saftey before money. This business is our livelihood and it effects us greatly having to cancel but we would appreciate if you work with us not against us.

Unfortunately due to the bad weather we will not be taking any out door hire castles out today.
All indoor castles will still be hired as normal.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience to you but the safety of your children are more important to us than the cost of the hire inflatables become very slippery when wet and the electrics pose a risk also.

Hope your all doing okay. Unfortunately we have to cancel any bouncy castles that are being hired outside tomorrow. We are going to have 30mph+ winds. We dont like cancelling castles as its also loosing us money but YOUR childs saftey is our number 1 priority! Anyone who has hired for INDOORS we will still be going a head with these hires
