Barlow Woodseats Hall

We’re looking for an experienced, confident Bar Supervisor to join our team at Barlow Woodseats Hall.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, leads from the front and can help us deliver a brilliant bar experience across our weddings, events and restaurant days.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:

* Lead and support the bar team during busy services
* Run wedding and event bars confidently
* Maintain excellent service standards
* Help manage stock, ordering and bar preparation
* Train and support newer members of the team
* Keep the bar organised, clean and ready for service
* Work closely with our management and events team

YOU’LL NEED:

* Strong previous bar/hospitality experience
* Supervisory experience or the confidence to step up
* Great people and communication skills
* A calm, organised approach during busy services
* Weekend availability — essential
* Flexibility for some midweek events and holiday periods

Earlier this week was their summer work do — a chance to unwind, have some fun and enjoy a well-deserved night off after all their hard work! 🥂🍻

We are so proud of every single one of you for always giving it your all and for creating such wonderful experiences for all of our guests. 🫶

Many of our team are studying alongside work at the moment, so we also want to say a huge congratulations to everyone who completed their A Levels last week! 🎓✨ And for those receiving their results this week, we’re wishing you the very best of luck! 🤞
