On Saturday we had the absolute pleasure of catering for Sophie & Chris' wedding.

There was a lot involved in this one, so myself, Rachel & Anais head up on Friday to set up.
We were joined by George and the rest of the team on Saturday.
The result was this amazing wedding.
Sophie decorated the table herself, it looked incredible.

We supplied
Drinks reception of fizz and pimms station
Canapés
3 course meal including Goats cheese pannacotta, braised brisket of beef, white chocolate cheesecake
Bar staff from 130pm to 130am

We then headed back Sunday to clear out our kit.

We had an amazing time with a great group of guests. Some amazing feedback about the food too.

A canapé & evening buffet service supplied to the newlyweds today.
This morning I was serving up 5 types of canapés for 61 guests including 2 gluten frees......

Then back in the evening with a premium buffet for 61 guests.

Wish I was there in the afternoon for the fish and chip van 😍😍

From the minute I walked in, I knew it was gonna be a great night.

Everyone was so happy I travelled from South Wales to be a part of their weekend!

Heritage tomato & buratta bruschetta to start

Lemon & honey glazed chicken with the most talked about carrots on the planet 🤣🤣

Deconstructed Eton Mess for dessert

A rendition of simply the best by Tina Turner from all the hens at the end was very special, something I'll never forget 😍

You guys have an amazing weekend and enjoy the wedding on July 26th too.

Business cards taken for future weddings and events with these ladies, a special request to deliver the carrots to one of the hens children!🙌 and just a fantastic evening with them all.

Back on the road now to get back to do a buffet for a birthday celebration tonight in Wales.

HELLO!!!

Well, after over 15 years doing what I love, I’ve decided to take the leap and do something lots of people have told me to do. Im starting something, which I hope will take off. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!!!

I have been in the event catering business for over 10 years now. I’ve done hotels, I’ve done restaurants & I’ve done stadia and racecourse catering. I’ve worked in restaurants up to and including 3 Rosette standard. But, what I love the most is events catering.

It could be something as simple as a working lunch buffet in an office, a wedding, a children's birthday party, or it could be a fancy event in your home. One things for sure, whatever the occasion, I give it 110% of my time and effort.

If, and it's a big if, you give me that one chance to show you what I’m about, I’d like to think you would ask me to do events for you over and over again. Sometimes, you've got to take a leap & this is my leap and I hope you'll join me on this adventure.
