GRAND OPENING

This evening I catered the grand opening of Crossroads Educational Consultants exam centre in

Kate and Gavin have created a very special place for students to attend!
Give their page a visit and have a look at it. It's very impressive.

I served sweet and savoury canapés to 75 guests.

BIG DAY OF EVENTS

Today was a busy old day

Open day at ig.doors.ltd for 30 guests including buffet lunch and drinks service throughout the day.

Funeral catering for 175 at Newbridge Memo, a bespoke menu of platinum buffet with added cake.

Was well worth the very late night of prepping. I finished at 330am 🤦‍♂️

Devastated to learn about the death of legend Ricky Hatton

He was the my first famous four seasons catering customer. Was so excited to hear that I'd be catering for him after following him and lucky to see him fight live in Manchester.

Rest in peace Ricky 🩵😢

SOPHIE & CHRIS

On Saturday we had the absolute pleasure of catering for Sophie & Chris' wedding.

There was a lot involved in this one, so myself, Rachel & Anais head up on Friday to set up.
We were joined by George and the rest of the team on Saturday.
The result was this amazing wedding.
Sophie decorated the table herself, it looked incredible.

We supplied
Drinks reception of fizz and pimms station
Canapés
3 course meal including Goats cheese pannacotta, braised brisket of beef, white chocolate cheesecake
Bar staff from 130pm to 130am

We then headed back Sunday to clear out our kit.

We had an amazing time with a great group of guests. Some amazing feedback about the food too.
