Starlite Disco Starlite Disco's your local friendly service In 1982 Kevin Ritchie came on board to work with John and has been with Starlite ever since.

Starlite Disco started in 1978 as an offshoot of Syds Discos by John Milne who worked as a DJ with Syd from 1977, it was felt there was a need for a functions disco as enquiries were coming in for Weddings, Dinner dances etc. Other DJs who worked for Syd at the time were Syd Halkett, Robbie Allen, Martin Bruce, Davie Allen, Ronnie Taylor, Steve Alexander, Brian Barclay and Stevie Chalmers they wer

e not interested in the functions work as they had regular bookings in The Commercial in Buckie, Seafield in Banff, Pittendrum in Sandhaven, Crudie Bar, Cutty in Whitehills, Plough in Macduff, playing chart music to the teenagers. Starlite prides itself on being able to cover almost every scenario, over the years we have played at funeral wakes, christening parties, weddings, birthday parties, quiz nights, race nights, etc etc, no function too big or too small and distance is no object .

Rallye at the River MAY THE 3RD MILTON OF CRATHES SHOWFIELD, ABERDEENSHIRE

Show vehicles can enter between 6.30am and 9.30am, "NO LATER," via the main Milton entrance.
Traders/Crafters can enter between 6.30am and 9.30am, "NO LATER" via the level crossing entrance.
Saturday May 2nd, Road-Run - meet at 9.15am Milton of Crathes showfield car park.
Saturday night campers can arrive from 2.30pm Saturday afternoon
Public gate opens 10am May the 3rd
Entry fee £5.00 kids under 12 Free
We’re dog friendly 🐶 but they must be kept on a lead
The event finishes 4pm May the 3rd

Now just the 4 weeks to go until our Race Night and we are busy with preparations for what is shaping up to be a great night at the Buckie Thistle Football Club Function Hall!🐎
