Volvo Car UK's partnership with the Eden Project is built around a shared ambition: helping bring people closer to nature.

As Presenting Partner of the Eden Sessions, Volvo was part of a summer of live music in one of the UK’s most distinctive settings – and our team was delighted to support their presence throughout the concert series.

Against the backdrop of Eden’s iconic Biomes, we delivered:
• An immersive brand activation featuring the Volvo EX30, designed to sit naturally within its surroundings
• A dedicated VIP space for Volvo guests to enjoy performances from artists including Snow Patrol, Bastille and CMAT
• Premium guest hosting and chauffeuring services
• Surprise ticket giveaways for Eden Project visitors, giving even more people the chance to experience the Sessions

A brilliant summer of music, nature and memorable experiences – and always a pleasure working alongside the Volvo team.

And this is the less glamorous side of events… 👷‍♀️

Last week we swapped the usual office attire for hard hats and hi-vis for a behind-the-scenes tour of the new Admiralty Arch Waldorf Astoria, London.

It was fantastic to meet the team and get a first look at this iconic London landmark as it enters its next chapter. Even mid-construction, you can already see just how special it’s going to be — with stunning bedrooms and suites, some seriously exciting restaurant and bar concepts, beautiful event spaces, and incredible views of Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square.

We’re excited to see it all come together when the hotel opens its doors in December. One firmly on our radar for future events!

We visited Dumbleton Hall today – a beautifully restored Cotswolds manor house where heritage meets bold, modern country style.

With 34 individually designed bedrooms and suites, the hotel pairs historic character with a playful sense of luxury – think William Morris wallpapers, jewel-toned interiors, four-poster beds, deep baths, open fireplaces and an elegant bar made for a pre-dinner cocktail.

For automotive events in particular, there’s lots to love. The hotel is available for exclusive use, with an impressive sweeping gravel drive providing a natural setting for a vehicle line-up against the backdrop of its parkland and ancient oak trees. There’s also an intimate meeting space for up to 18 guests.

Beyond the event itself, guests can explore circular walks through the grounds – with complimentary Le Chameau boots for those muddier days – or take a rowing boat out on the lake before retreating to an armchair by the fire.

Calm, characterful and surrounded by views for days. A particularly special find for autumn events.

A new car. A brand-new venue. And plenty of details to bring together.

It was a pleasure to support Volvo Car UK with the UK media launch of the new Volvo EX60, welcoming journalists, creators and industry voices to Somerset for an exclusive experience with the vehicle.

Working closely with the Volvo team, we helped bring the experience to life from start to finish – sourcing a newly launched venue, supporting with the design of the guest experience, devising test-drive routes through the Somerset countryside, finding the perfect complimentary venues, production, logistics, staffing, hospitality and vehicle movements.

And, as ever, it was the smaller touches that helped bring everything together – right down to EX60-branded ice cubes in the drinks.

Together, we created a relaxed, premium setting that gave guests the opportunity to experience the EX60 on the road, explore its technology and hear from the people behind it.

A brilliant few days in Somerset, and a project we loved working on with the Volvo Car UK team.

A feast for all the senses 🌿✨

We had such a wonderful time at the Nomadic. Dining Feast, hosted by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Incredible food, thoughtful details and a truly beautiful woodland setting made for a very special experience.

We were delighted to support Volvo Car UK with the delivery of a two-day conference at the Eden Project during its 25th anniversary year.

The iconic setting provided the perfect opportunity to come together and celebrate Volvo Car UK’s pioneering partnership with the Eden Project, alongside the shared values of sustainability, innovation, and responsible growth.

From venue management and accommodation to AV, production and guest logistics, our team delivered a seamless event experience from start to finish.

We were proud to support Heathrow Airport's Airside Summer Safety Week 2026 - a dynamic four-day event bringing together colleagues from across Team Heathrow to champion engagement, education and a strong culture of safety.

With more than 2,500 attendees throughout the week, the scale of participation and collaboration across the airport community was truly impressive.

From VR experiences and immersive simulators to hands-on driving activities and high lift demonstrations, the programme created an engaging and interactive environment that brought important safety conversations to life in a meaningful way.

A huge congratulations to the Heathrow team and all delivery partners involved in making this the biggest and most impactful Airside Safety Week to date.

We’re delighted to have played a part in supporting such an important initiative and look forward to seeing the momentum continue into Winter Safety Week 2026.

Its a busy week for the TEB team!

We're onsite Silverstone for the final build days before the Formula 1 British Grand Prix this weekend.

From build crews transforming the hospitality spaces, to the final touches that bring the guest experience to life, it's all hands on deck behind the scenes. Every detail matters, and it's fantastic to see months of planning becoming a reality.

Day one at The Championships, Wimbledon and we're delighted to be back supporting our client with their hospitality programme and delivering an unforgettable in-ground brand experience.

It takes months of planning, collaboration and preparation to get to this point, so it's always a proud moment to see everything come together as the gates open and the first guests arrive. There's nothing quite like the atmosphere of opening day!

A huge shout out to Megan and Bridie, who are representing The Event Business on the ground and helping bring the experience to life. Here's to world-class tennis, memorable guest experiences, and an incredible fortnight ahead!
