It was a pleasure to meet the team at Escapade Silverstone and explore Silverstone's impressive new trackside residences—a standout option for premium group experiences and events.

With 184 ensuite bedrooms across 60 private residences, many offering unbeatable circuit views, Escapade sets a new benchmark for motorsport hospitality. The development also includes a clubhouse, gym, pool, and rooftop terrace.

A particular highlight is the Gallery restaurant, where guests can enjoy front-row views of the action while dining on exceptional dishes from head chef Matt Tsistrakis, formerly of The Savoy and The Connaught.

Keswick Mountain Festival drew 15,000 outdoor enthusiasts for a three-day celebration of sport, music, and the great outdoors. More than just an event, it’s a space for those seeking connection with nature, with others, and with themselves.

We were proud to support Subaru UK as title sponsor—an adventurous brand that shares the same spirit of going further, safely and with confidence.

We brought Subaru’s adventurous spirit to life by displaying the all-new Forester proudly on an off-road inspired ramp alongside a picture-perfect photo moment set against Derwent Water and the beautiful mountain skyline.

A festival highlight was the Subaru Open 5 Adventure Race: a five-hour endurance race combining trail running, mountain biking, and navigation. Huge congratulations to everyone who rose to the challenge!

We were delighted to support Volvo Car UK at Power & Pause - a beautifully curated day of inspiration and restoration at The Berkeley, London.

This exclusive event brought together themes of balance, innovation, and wellbeing through insightful conversations and immersive experiences.

Guests enjoyed a breathwork session with wellness coach Richie Norton, a hosted lunch, and an inspiring Q&A with Nicole Melillo Shaw, Managing Director of Volvo Car UK.

The day also offered a first look at the all-new, all-electric Volvo EX90 - a luxury 7-seater SUV that defines a new era of safety.

We were proud to support Volvo Car UK in bringing their latest innovation, the fully electric Volvo EX30, to life at Grand Designs Live.

As part of the event’s centrepiece – The Grand House – we installed the EX30 on the driveway of this cutting-edge show home, designed to celebrate 20 years of sustainable living and forward-thinking design.

Seamlessly integrated into the visitor experience, the EX30 represented Volvo’s commitment to responsible design, showcasing recycled and renewable materials like denim, flax, and wool.

Another bold brand statement delivered, with precision and purpose.

Breed: chocolate Labrador Retriever
Favourite toy: he loves a leather toy, he has a sloth, flamingo, lobster and lion
Favourite walk: he loves to explore National Trust places. Although anywhere he can be let off the lead to chase crows is even better.
Naughtiest moment: ripping up the carpet
Best dog-friendly venue/event: Goodwoof! It’s a doggy festival at the Goodwood Estate in May – loads to see and do with your pooch.

Everything Electric London is a festival of electrification, spotlighting the latest tech and innovations from electric vehicles to clean energy.

We were thrilled to support Volvo Car UK in crafting a dynamic show stand and facilitating engaging test drives of their state-of-the-art EVs. Visitors engaged directly with our product experts, experiencing Volvo's innovative technologies and industry-leading safety features firsthand.

Over the course of three show days at Excel London, we hosted more than 5,000 visitors and conducted close to 200 test drives, delivering exceptional client experiences.

Huge thanks to the team and all involved in delivering a successful event.

INTRODUCING: meet Dave, our wonderful Logistics Manager and all round good guy. We asked him to tell us a little more about his role.

Q: How long have you been with TEB?
2,767 days (8 years). I started on September 17th 2017 😊

Q: What are you responsible for?
I'm responsible for looking after the warehouses (we have 4), loading of the vans, making sure all our equipment is good to go, and remembering what everyone else forgets. I'm an expert at playing Tetris to fit things in vans, and making people smile - even when I moan about the messy kitchen.

Q: What are the unique strengths you bring to TEB?
A can-do attitude, team work, and I'm a good listener for the team when they're stressed. I like to turn their frowns upside down.

Q: What’s your favourite thing to do in your free time to relax?
Gym and spending time with my partner Joanna & my son, cleaning my house and tidying my garden – do I sound old?!

Q: What would you do if you weren't in the events industry?
I’d love to work with dogs. I adore it when the team bring their dogs into the office. I'm the dog whisperer, and they sometimes join me on the sofa for a warehouse therapy session and cuddles.
