Exclusive-use wedding and event venue in Oxfordshire: a Grade II listed barn with bar, walled courtyard and landscaped gardens, plus The Meadow Tipi for larger celebrations. An experienced event management team providing a wealth of services including event catering, marquees, tipi and wedding venue. Whether it's a festive lunch with the team, a proper team-building day out, or an all-out Christmas party with music and dancing till midnight — we do it all here at Dovecote Barn.

Our tipi diary for 2028 is officially open — and dates are already starting to disappear.

If you've been dreaming of saying "I do" under canvas, surrounded by fairy lights and that unmistakable tipi glow, now's the time to get your date locked in. We only take on a limited number of weddings each year, so once they're gone, they're gone.

2027 now has only a few selected dates remaining for the Tipi!!

"We held our wedding at Dovecote Events, in the paddock outside and then onto the tipi for the rest of the day. We were blown away with how fantastic the team were, nothing was to much trouble for them. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how beautiful the venue was, how great the food tasted and how lovely the staff were to everyone. Tom was so helpful and supportive. We can't say enough good things about Dovecote, we want to do it all over again with them. Thank you for helping us make our day so special and stress free your team are fantastic."
