🖌️Session Two: Saturday 25th October 12 pm-5 pm
A hands-on session with one-to-one guidance from Julian. You’ll paint from your reference image, creating a finished still life piece to take home.

Next week: Yoga with our Artist in Residence 🌞

For one week only, we’re opening the mornings at Yarn with guided yoga led by Freny Pavri.

Freny’s practice draws from a simple, classical style rooted in her training at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai. In 2020, she opened her own teaching practice, Anahat, and has been guiding students ever since.

Her approach is gentle and open to all as a way of finding ease, reconnecting with yourself and starting the day with clarity.

🧵 These sessions are only happening four mornings during Freny’s residency (29 Sept, 30 Sept, 1 Oct, 3 Oct).

Booking required, spaces are limited. BYO mat but we have plenty here if you don’t have one with you.

Ballycastle Film Club: My Left Foot

📅 19 September, 7.30 PM

Daniel Day-Lewis delivers a career-defining performance in this moving portrait of Irish writer and painter Christy Brown. Born with cerebral palsy and only able to control his left foot, Brown defies expectations to express himself through art and writing.

Both unflinching and deeply human, My Left Foot is a story of grit, wit and resilience - and a landmark in Irish cinema.
