The hotel sits in a corner of the timeless village of Ashford in the Water, at the heart of the beautiful Peak District of Derbyshire - An ideal base from which to explore the rich heritage and activities the region has to offer. We pride ourselves on delivering 1st class food, service & hospitality. All of our Rooms have the booking option of either bed & breakfast or dinner, bed & breakfast. Our dinner menu is a stunning country house hotel style 3 course menu focusing on stunning local produce and seasonality. At Lunch we offer a more laid back affair, with 2-courses from just £34pp including our delicious traditional Sunday Lunch.

Whether you’ve stayed with us and fancy taking a little taste of your stay home with you, or you’re simply popping by to pick up something delicious, our granola is made with care using high-quality, locally sourced produce.

You’ll make your own beautiful wreath to take home, with lots of lovely greenery and natural bits to choose from. We’ll have everything you need, so all you need to do is come along, get creative and enjoy yourself.
