Come and enjoy creating a super stunning and unique pumpkin arrangement with fresh flowers at Ivy & Eve’s studio in Baildon.

Tuesday 28th Oct 7-9pm (3 places remaining)
£45 per person

All my classes are hosted by myself, I am professionally trained in both floristry and teaching adults in further education and I’ve been running floral workshops for 8 years now!

All tools, materials and aprons are provided along with a choice of refreshments.

If you would like to book a space, please contact me. The initial booking fee is £15 and is non refundable, the remaining amount is then payable closer to the date. If you have fully paid and on the date you are unable to attend I would be happy to make up your Pumpkin arrangement for you for you to collect.

AUTUMN FRESH WREATHS
It’s been a busy day being in my creative element, extra thermal layer on me in the cool workshop, and look at what I have achieved! 😍

These are longer lasting fresh foliage which should see Autumn through, they’re on an oasis frame so please do re-water to add longevity, you are free to add in any Halloween decorations or renewed foliages or faux flowers to your own personal style if you feel the desire.

This week I’m offering these amazing Cymbidium Orchids mixed with fun textures.

Today I’ve made up my ordered bouquets, and I have just these 4 different coloured Orchid Bouquets excess and for sale!

These are priced at an amazing price of just £30 each, bearing in mind the retail stem value of the orchid alone is £15!

I’ve kept the price low in order to give everyone the chance to have a long lasting completely different blooms!

• FRIDAY FLOWERS • Yey! It’s nearly the weekend and it’s a sell out. Here’s a few of my favourite bouquets that have been delivered or collected today!

It has been delightful working with flowers doing what I love and then traveling all round Baildon delivering your ordered bouquets, probably spending far too long nattering to every customer! So Enjoy your flowers and the weekend!

Next week I’ll have fresh flowers again on Monday due to some early-in-the-week orders. So get in touch me know if you fancy some flowers next week, they’ll feature Cymbidium Orchids as the stars of the show as they’re now back in season. They are such luxurious and long lasting blooms, can’t wait to see them!

I’ll then be on with Autumn Wreaths which will include faux flowers and dried/happy to naturally dry foliages and smaller flowers and berries etc. Message me to know more about sizes and prices.

My beautiful flowers have arrived here at Ivy & Eve, with tones from apricot, burnt orange and coral to burgundy. Aren’t they just delightful! They’ll be conditioning in their professional care solution for the rest of the day.

For the beginning of next week I’ll have some real showstoppers, I’m thinking Cymbidium Orchids which are now back in season, along with Pin Cushion Proteas, interesting textures, and more Eucalyptus Cinerea as I’m loving it! And I’m so pleased it’s back at its best!

I’m back to creating with fresh flowers, with an autumnal selection arriving on Thursday!

Inspired by the show-stopping Chrysanthemum blooms I saw at Harrogate Flower Show, I’ll be teaming my favourite shaped orange Chrysanthemums with my little coral beauty Miss Piggy Roses. I will also include burgundy-red Snapdragons, and Apricot Lisianthus, with burnt-orange Oak Leaves and some other complementary blooms and foliages.

Hand-tied gift bouquets starting from £25
Larger bouquets from £35, Gift boxed luxury bouquets from £45
Local Baildon delivery included on Friday afternoon only, otherwise small delivery charge applicable.

It’s been lovely to have a day off from creating with flowers, to go see Harrogate Flower Show, where I got to admire lots of lovely flowers! 😂

Shane it was constantly raining, my mum & I loved our day trip out. Photos are all of the inside flower & veg exhibit. Especially of the Dahlias and these ones were my personal favourites!

I bought some fancy Tulip bulbs, hardy annual seeds to try and grow for using in next years weddings, a lovely looking Pork Pie, a bottle of whisky cream liqueur as I had a few samples which were delicious, and of course a selection of blondie/cake slices!

Overwhelmed! I’ve had so many ‘last minute’ enquiries for fresh flower bouquets this week, which I have sadly turned away and passed work onto other local florists.

Why? I chose a different method of selecting my blooms, opting to go directly to growers and buy without the need for a middleman wholesaler. My issue is that I have a very high minimum purchase, and without orders planned in, I simply cannot take a such a leap of faith and hope the orders come in.

Without that all important shop front and customers popping in on a whim, my world is always on a funny tipping scale! So please please if you would like to order for a bouquet please do message me as soon as you can, I’ll need a few bouquet orders in before I can confirm it’s a yes! Because to spend £300 on fresh flowers rather than pay bills or food, it’s a massive gamble for me.

So fresh flowers available; Thurs 25th Sept until sell out, and Tue 28th October until sell out. I’ve planned these dates to coincide with many a payday and my flower club bouquets.

Your continued support means everything to me. As a single parent for over 3 years now, life is a million times financially harder!

• A U T U M N • My favourite time of the year is here! As I begin creating lots of beautiful wreath to adorn doors and be the most prettiest feature on that wall in your home.

Before we get all excited about Christmas and the Winter season, let’s welcome and embrace Autumn! Though I’ve already experienced a conker bouncing off my car bonnet much to my shock!

I’ll be creating many more wreaths over the coming weeks with a variety of faux, fresh and dried flowers and foliages!

I have created these two large crescent wreaths, both in faux flowers but their colour palettes are so different!

Which do you like more, the muted autumn pastels and warm bronzes, or more vibrant burnt oranges, Chinese lanterns and lots of velvety mini pumpkins?

So now I really do feel I have the knowledge and expertise to demonstrate and teach you all you need to know about creating the finest floral arrangements and wreaths.

Children over 15 can book a place along side their responsible adult providing they have the maturity and respect that we handle very sharp carbon bladed scissors.

WINTER WREATH WORKSHOPS 2025

Come to my cosy Ivy & Eve Baildon Studio and have lots of fun creating your very own long lasting festive door wreath.

Professionally qualified in teaching, floristry and horticulture I have all the skills and passion to demonstrate how to create a traditional mossed based wreath, as well as adding backing your wreath to retain moisture and protect your door. not many florists still do this, but I believe this will add longevity to your wreath and avoid bits of moss flaking all over your door!

I choose to run small classes to ensure equal opportunity to receive additional tuition and assistance

This is such a fun pre-Christmas social event to gather with your close family and friends - Private group bookings can be made if you are quick to reserve a date

Use of Apron and professional tools, all materials and decoration tools provided

Glass of non-alcoholic Prosecco included on arrival, please feel free to bring your own drinks (due to revised rules any alcohol included in an even like this would require an alcohol licence)

A beautiful 4ft casket spray arrangement with Yorkshire white roses and violet purple seasonal blooms.

We included these magnificent Delphiniums, Violet Rosita Lisianthus, Clematis Miami, White Snapdragons, White Campanula bells, Blue Eryngium thistles, Violet spray Carnations and pretty white Snowberries with lots of lovely Eucalyptus!

Thank you so much to his dear friends for choosing me to create his casket arrangement for this Yorkshire gentleman who loved his purple Buddleias!

About Us

Let me explain… Ivy & Eve is the joining of my first loves – all things flowers and my first born daughter Evie. Together I feel this name represents a couple of the things that bring me joy!

My journey began long before I qualified as a florist in 2016, as I always had a love for flowers and a serious case of Green Fingers! I have more than 10 years of experience in the floristry and horticulture industry.

We run the business from Baildon, a West Yorkshire village surrounded by striking countryside, and beautiful wedding locations that my brides choose to celebrate their big days. Nearby are the ideal wedding venues Hollins Hall Hotel, The Chevin Hotel & Spa and The Old Barn Esholt.

I pride myself on offering a truly bespoke service to my clients, whether they want me to work with their personal preferences or for me to guide them with my carefully selected choices. All designed after chatting together, over a coffee, about how you would like your beautiful blooms to look.
