So many people in Ayr have visited Savoy Park Hotel over the years, but has anyone ever noticed that the front entrance is actually asymmetrical?

Following an incident in September, when a large glass panel fell from the entrance canopy, we discovered that the existing structure had deteriorated significantly and is no longer considered worth repairing.

We’re now hoping to replace it with a beautiful new entrance that better reflects the hotel’s original Victorian character.

What do you think of our proposed design? Do you like it?

If we receive enough positive feedback, we’ll take the next step and apply for the necessary planning permission and Listed Building Consent.
