🌧️ A Little Setback, A Big Comeback 🌈

Last Sunday, our lovely studio had an unexpected visitor — a burst of water! We had to hit pause on classes this week to get everything dried, cleaned, and sorted properly.

We had a sweet time in class this week making our very own ice cream cones — with plenty of glitter, giggles, and imagination! 🍦✨

From tissue paper scoops to sprinkle-covered creations, our Tiny Artists and Mini Makers explored colour, texture, and creativity in their own unique ways 💕 Each cone was totally different — and totally theirs.

But this craft wasn’t just fun — it was full of learning too! 👇
🖐 Strengthening fine motor skills (tearing, sticking, gluing)
🎨 Exploring colour, texture, and sensory materials
🧠 Building imagination and confidence through creative choices
💬 Practising listening, patience, and storytelling

We adapted the activity for both age groups and were so proud of what they created — scroll to see their amazing work (plus our little demo too!).
We love watching their confidence grow with every sticky-fingered masterpiece 💫

That’s a wrap on our very first week at The Creative Corner! 🎉
We’ve had an incredible few days filled with colour, creativity, and confidence-building. From designing personalised bags to making house suncatchers, wind chimes, and piggy banks — these little makers have explored new materials, tried new techniques, and learned to bring their ideas to life 💡✨

It’s been so special watching their imaginations grow and their pride shine through (just look at those smiles!) 💖 We can’t wait to do it all again next week!
