Rock stars, actors and bands have all been enticed by our delicious food, friendly and professional approach and ultra-efficient logistics.

We currently are looking for highly motivated and skilled self-employed team members to join our team ahead of this summer’s biggest events.

Many of you will remember Marion (Maz) either as a colleague or out on tour. As a founding member of the Eat to the Beat team she worked on hundreds of events over many years.

On Sunday 2nd June a group of Marion's family and friends, including Mary Shelley-Smith and Bonnie May, are taking part in the Big Fun Walk 2024!

They will be walking 8.5 miles to help spread awareness and raise funds for North London Hospice, a place Marion knew very well, where she received the best possible end of life care.

Every pound we raise will allow the hospice's care teams to provide the best quality palliative and end of life care and support for patients and families living with a life limiting illness.

This annual event is so important because all the services the hospice offers are provided completely free. With only 40% of funding coming from the NHS, they rely on donations from the community to raise over £15.9 million for this year alone.

The Big Fun Walk has hundreds of participants who last year raised £180,000. This year we aim to smash that sum, with your support. We will walk the 8.5 miles from North Finchley to the heart of Westminster guided by volunteer marshalls along the route.

On Sunday 2nd June a group of Marion's family and friends are taking part in the Big Fun Walk 2024! Marion was one of the founding members of the Eat to the Beat team who was known and loved by many in our industry.

We will be walking 8.5 miles to help spread awareness and raise funds for North London Hospice, place Marion knew very well, where she received the best possible end of life care. We, her family and friends, can never thank the staff and volunteers enough for the love and care they gave our beloved Maz.

Every pound we raise will allow the hospice's care teams to provide the best quality palliative and end of life care and support for patients and families living with a life limiting illness.

What a fantastic evening we enjoyed at Access all Area Magazine’s Event Production Awards.

Our CEO Bonnie May and Business Director Mary Shelley-Smith were presented with the Legend Award by Content Director Christopher Barrett. With so much experience between them and their incredible commitment to the business we couldn’t be prouder or happier for them. It’s so well deserved.

To all our amazing crew, suppliers, clients, friends and family,

Over the last 40 years we have all been on the most incredible journey, travelling to all four corners of the world, delivering catering and hospitality at the most iconic of events.

We have forged very special relationships along the way and couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you all for your unconditional support and love, and in the most recent of years, absolute belief in us that we have the strength to ride those waves, no matter how high or tough they might be.

Tony would be so proud of us all, and I am sure he will be looking down with those twinkly eyes and a very large gin and tonic!

It’s three years since we vowed to ‘Ride On’ in Tony’s memory. It’s particularly poignant as we
prepare to celebrate our milestone 40th birthday in a few weeks’ time. As always, we are incredibly grateful for all the support we have received along the way.
