Huge congratulations to newly weds Mr & Mrs Carr!!! We were over the moon to be asked to provide wedding catering for two special people - Desnie & Stuart - with proceedings held in a stunning crypt in Bristol …

Our bride and groom chose a light fresh salad starter of candied walnuts, pomegranate, peppery rocket and Braeburn apples steeped in cider…

Main was a classic beef wellington, ribboned market vegetables and potatoes. A Merlot jus provided a rich enhancement and finish to this classic of dishes …

Dessert was a simple baked lemon cheesecake, fresh lemon zest, mascarpone cream and raspberry sauce.

Icing on the cake was to receive such a fabulous message of thanks from the happy couple - needless to say we’re delighted and proud!

AJ Catering are absolutely delighted and looking forward to a bumper weekend of the very best in Stafford’s!!!! First up is East Mids SBTC followed by the mother club Sunday - The Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club!!

We have our usual offering of hot breakfast options, home cooked lunches, cakes and snacks … a great selection of hot and cold drinks will of course also be available…. Need gluten/lactose/vegan friendly? Not a problem! Just ask a member of the team for the day’s choices …

🥂⭐️PLUS!!!! We are offering a litre bottle of gin for the BIS Saturday and for Stafford of the Year Sunday ….!!⭐️🥂

Well, we are halfway through July already and wow - what a July so far(!). First stop was a glorious Buxton Hillhead event, supporting our long-standing clients and construction giants CASE CNH Industrial - 3 days - 3 menus - 500+ BBQ lunches (!) …. Client over the moon and wrote us a smashing thank you note 🙂

And then on to wonderful Windsor: super-proud to spend 4 days supporting our new client none other than Windsor Championship Dog Show with 400+ lunches for judges, committee, members, alongside a lovely breakfast and lunch offering for the exhibitors …. Who tried our Afternoon Teas?! We loved looking after you and seeing you sharing your photos!!! Thank you sincerely to each and every customer - your support for our small family business is greatly appreciated and we are all systems go with bookings for the rest of the show year!

Wow what an amazing first day supporting Windsor Championship Show with judges’ and officials hospitality …. Our Afternoon Teas are going down an absolute treat!!! There is still time to book but get in quick by telephone to 07779268814 to secure a slot …!! We are also open to the public for breakfast sandwiches, lunchtime layered salads and a range of hot and cold drinks ….. sincere thanks to everyone who has joined us today for Day 1 of this fabulous Society and Show Event - there really is something so special about WINDSOR!!

Well - we can wait no more to share our news!!!!

We are honoured and delighted to confirm we will be looking after Judges & Officials’ Lunches at none other than 🌹Windsor Championship Dog Show 2024🌹

We have a super-summery 2-course menu for them with a delicious desserts selection which we hope all will thoroughly enjoy ….

We are also offering a Windsor Members’ a treat of Afternoon Teas!!!

We are very much looking forward to working with such a prestigious Society, showcasing our hospitality - indeed, we are truly honoured ….!

Another fabulous day looking after three clubs who came together to hall-share: 2 in West Side and 1 East Side - Stoneleigh Park. A gundog- fest of Pointers, Hungarian Vizslas and the noblemen that are the Gordon Setters….

The clubs also shared hospitality of a smoked salmon lunch platter and light-as-a-feather profiteroles, fresh strawberries and double cream … perfect for a spring day!

The clubs were over the moon with everything and booked us in already for 2025!

Thank you everyone for your custom - we simply love doing what we do!

And that - folks - is a Janu-wrap!!! Back to back events this month with our last one being a super-busy Sunday today, working for our new client the lovely Wellingborough & District Canine, serving a selection of hot and cold lunches followed by lucious desserts …. We’ve had fabulous feedback and thank the club sincerely for hiring us!
