Who is an AMAZING AV/Lighting Technician and DJ and most importantly a really supportive friend who always arrives with a smile to all events, clients love, has great ideas when loading a rather full van and truly creates a really dedicated professional atmosphere to the corporate AV scene for AMP!

We have had the pleasure of providing PA systems to the beautiful venue South Farm for an outside wedding event and also a Music PA System and Lighting for the evening celebrations. AMP are proud recommended AV suppliers to South Farm too.

The client requested that they really wanted their guests to hear the dialogue during their wedding ceremony clearly; like being at the theatre, which is often overlooked; so the Aston Media sound team were happy to set up a discreet PA system and wireless mics and sound engineer the event to perfection! The results were pretty great too.

The Aston Media Live team Mark, Martin and Tom were out providing professional AV production and support for the IESE International Business School (Barcelona) for their annual conference event at Hatfield Park. With the three day event taking place in Hatfield House and also in the Old Palace; this project was a huge undertaking with much careful planning and pre-meetings involved in the months leading up, for the AV systems.

The Aston Media team provided x8 65inch display screens, x2 86inch display screens, 3m 16/9 projection screen with projector, a bespoke made projector stand made by Chunky Studio Furniture to match the Old Palace flooring, PA systems with wireless headset mics and data support throughout the event. It has been fabulous to support the Hatfield Park team as ever; who provided the best hospitality service, catering and scene for such a prestigious conference event.

From our HQ to the venue! The Aston Media Live team Mark, Martin and Paul were out delivering, setting up and operating an AV production including an 86inch screen, x2 55inch screens, PA system, wireless mics and video recording production!

The Aston Media Live Team Martin and Tom were out AV supporting Ball Packaging recently for their Three Day Commercial Conference EMEA 2026. The event was a coming together of the global team with some really fantastic talks. The AV team arrived early to provide staging, a backdrop set, x3 large display screens, PA System with wireless headset mics for the fireside chats, lighting and data support. This three day conference event was a success and Aston Media Live are now proud AV preferred suppliers to Ball Packaging; and looking forward to support them again soon!

The Aston Media Live team Steve, Martin and Tom were proudly AV supporting the NHS Hertfordshire Partnership Trust this week with conference AV, filming and live streaming production. The event was a success and brought together a wonderful team both in the venue and also online guests.
