Our in house caters can provide a wide selection of set and bespoke menus together with great selection of hot and cold and buffets. Drinks packages are also available for toasts on request. Our friendly professional staff will be only too pleased to ensure that your special occasion with be one for you and your guests to remember. Here at the Masonic Hall we are also able to provide space to hold seminars, exhibitions or fairs we also have free Wi-Fi available. **We are Hiring** - We are looking for a strong chef to join our team on a temporary basis here at the Masonic Hall

If you have a passion for food, work well within a team, we would love to hear from you. You would be responsible for general kitchen duties including food preparation and serving, day to day cleaning and admin and have good hygiene practices.

Responsibilities and duties:
- Previous experience as a chef
-Have a strong knowledge of food hygiene and Health and Safety requirements
-A Good knowledge of cooking skills
-Menu planning and provide new seasonal ideas for the menu
-Be Familiar with ordering, stock rotation and wastage
-Daily cleaning and temperature check works
-Good team work and communication skills
